Our purpose

In May 2013, I completed my first 5K and moaned the entire time, lol. I didn’t prepare at all. I literally woke up, put on my clothes (a t-shirt and jeans, no less!) and decided to walk 3.1 miles in the blistering heat. Yes, as you can now imagine, it was a dreadful time. And today? I complete an array of races every year with my first Half-Marathon and Marathon approaching.

The point? It takes a little work to build up to hitting certain goals, but the very first step is to simply try.

The logic I had in May 2013 is the very same logic most entrepreneurs apply once they have decided to start their business: just get up and get at it. Throughout my career, I have spent more time helping small businesses to understand their business, opportunities and strategies in partnering with our major brands which has led to my current passion.

For 10 years, I have coached and developed business and branding strategies for small and start-up business resulting in profitable and growing companies. With over 15 years of corporate experience, I am always excited to pair many best practices, resources and tools with developing and evolving businesses.
